Projects

BOMA delivers residential refurbishment projects across a broad range of scales and property types, from refined apartment renovations to substantial private homes. We work extensively with Georgian and Victorian properties, as well as later period and contemporary buildings, navigating the challenges of heritage architecture, complex reconfiguration and modern living requirements.

Our projects often involve extensions, loft conversions, basement works and full internal remodelling. Regardless of scale or typology, each project is approached with the same principles: clear design intent, technical resolution and calm, disciplined delivery. Our portfolio reflects this breadth, unified by quality, coherence and confidence in execution.
